Maddie Solo’d
As a lot of you may know, Maddie, who worked with us this last summer is taking an aviation course in Florida (I guess she doesn’t like the rain too much!) Anyway, I am proud to let you know that she did her first solo this morning……. Congratulations to you Maddie, from all of us at King George Aviation

Tomo is moving on.
After many years of doing circuits at KGA Tomo is leaving us. We are having a BBQ Saturday night Sept 15. I hope all who flew with Tomo can come by and wish him well on his new adventure.

Flight accross N.A. to Start Monday
So the big flight nears its start. Ben is in Florida now and his co-pilot leaves Monday morning. Went to Future shop to buy the cameras to be mounted on the plane. With any luck the guys and the new plane will be here by weeks end. Many thanks to Blue Water ESSO (http://www.bluewateragencies.ca/) for their help in sponsoring the fuel.
Carbon Cub comes to KGA
KGA’s newest visitor, and brand new Carbon cub sporting 180 ponies on the front end. She took about 80 feet to be off the ground….
